Join us for a fun, family friendly fundraiser!
Saturday, November 23 from 5:00 - 8:30 pm the Park Avenue Community Center & The Creative Living Room will host a good old-fashioned family barn dance with live music, followed by a performance from The Hoppin’ Boxcars for adult dancing, kids activities on the lower level and a silent (not just pie) PIE auction! This intergenerational even will feature fabulous raffle prizes, food, beer and more for the entire family. All funds raised in this fundraiser will help support the daily operations of our beloved community center.
$35 per adult - includes food, sides, beer, wine, & soft drinks.
$15 per child - includes food, sides and soft drinks.
FREE - kids under 3 years.
SCHEDULE:
4:30 PM- Doors open
5:00 PM - Family Barn dance for all ages begins with live music. No experience required! Simple dances will be taught and called by Chloe and Rick Mohr!
5:45 - Dinner is served! Enjoy Pulled Pork, Vegetarian Chili and other delights.
6:00 PM - The Kids Zone opens. Our Creative Living Room staff will host a bevy of fun activities, games and crafts. (kids under 5 must be accompanied by an adult) while live music for more dancing by the Hoppin’ Boxcars continues in the Great Hall.
The Pie Auction and Raffle Rooms will be open all night long. Silent Pie Action closes at 7:45 and Raffle winners announced at 8:00 pm.
Music and Dancing with the Hoppin’ Boxcars continues until 8:30 pm.
