Keep your body moving with Zumba - the ultimate fitness dance party! Originated from Latin-inspired rhythms, this 60-minute class will energize you and make you sweat while having fun dancing to various songs from around the world. No dance training required.

Zumba does not require any fitness equipment, but supportive sneakers, workout clothes, water and a towel are recommended.
All dance levels and abilities are welcome.
A warm up and a cool down are included in every class so be sure to arrive on time and stay for the full 60-minute session.
Rachel Gionta was introduced to Zumba over 10 years ago and has been a licensed instructor since 2013. She has been leading classes at Temple University's Campus Recreation department and at various local studios for nine years. She loves the energy that her students bring to her classes and that she can dance as a cardio workout. Dancing with people in person is a great way to build a community and have fun together in a judgement free zone.
