Learn what Blue Zones are and how certain regions of the world have unlocked the formula for living to 100. Discover the nine lifestyle lessons and simple paths that residents of Blue Zones follow to achieve exceptional longevity. We will also discuss how to apply these principles right here in Delaware County. We will view an episode of the Netflix documentary Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones followed by lively discussions with local experts, community leaders and long-living residents.
