Level 0: D&D Prep

Grades 3-5

Improvisation. Problem-Solving. Teamwork. These are the skills needed to play the world’s greatest roleplaying game. Before you start rolling the dice, join us to strengthen those skills through a series of theater-based games and activities. By the end of this course you’ll be able to join any D&D game as an expert in collaborative storytelling!

Make note that this is not a game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Follow teaching artist James Williams into this great world of role-playing. With his BFA in Drama from NYU and a long-time player of D&D, James makes the perfect Dungeon Master for those new to the game!

Our After-School program is listed from 4-5:30pm, allowing all students to arrive on foot, by bus or drop off to make it in advance of instruction time between 4:30-5:30pm. Drop off students may arrive anytime after 4pm.
