Dance Fitness, Spring

Let the music move you and you’ll forget you’re working out! This artful blend of music and dance styles (contemporary, jazz, lyrical, ballet) and conditioning exercises will strengthen your whole body and soul! No previous dance experience required.

We suggest wearing leggings/yoga pants and a T-shirt.You won’t need street sneakers but protect your feet with socks, dance slippers, jazz shoes, or pliable dance sneakers (found at dance shops.) Pull loose hair off your face.Bring a yoga mat and water bottle

Your Instructor

Ann Cole

Ann Cole danced professionally as a member of Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle and LINES Ballet, San Francisco and has shared her gifts as a dance teacher, choreographer, and director. She served as Interim Artistic and Executive Director of Wilmington Ballet for over two years and has taught dance at Bryn Mawr College. Ann’s teaching style combines professional standards with a healthy approach to learning a beautiful art form and an understanding of minds and bodies that are continually adapting to life’s various challenges.
