Morning Flow Yoga, Spring

Wake up to a new day connecting to your breath, mind and body together. Whether beginning a yoga practice or a seasoned practitioner, this class will offer guided sequences to build heat in the body while gaining strength and alignment in the poses. Every class begins and ends with guided meditation and stillness to set the practice on the mat and the practice of life off the mat.

Natalie Strickler

Natalie Strickler has been teaching a variety of Yoga since 2016 and in 2019 started teaching Group Fitness Strength Training. She loves to connect with community and guide people through practice. Natalie focuses on core work throughout her classes to build strength and stability and maintain good alignment for all formats
of movement. “No matter what movement format I am teaching, whether it be Yoga or a Weight Lifting class, I want students to feel safe, supported, inspired by their determination to seek the edge or peel it back, and know there are many options to get there."
