Evening Flow Yoga, Spring

Flow through a full body yoga sequence, building strength and resilience as you relax the body and calm the mind at the end of the day. Stretch the areas that accumulate tension from the day, and leave prepared to enter into a peaceful rest of the evening.

Please bring a yoga mat.

Your Instructor

Kaitlin Battiste

Kaitlin Battiste is a 200-hr CYT and has been practicing yoga for over ten years. Her calling to yoga stems from her background in dance, and upon first discovering yoga, she realized that yoga made for the perfect supplement to her dance teaching career by helping her build strength, mobility and flexibility while also providing a healthy outlet for achieving mental, spiritual and physical healing. She is currently working toward her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Chester University, and is passionate about integrating movement and mindfulness techniques with therapeutic interventions.
