Hatha Flow Yoga, Spring

Jump start your morning with a strength-based class which energizes the body, increases flexibility and balance. Set to music, this class prepares us to embrace the day ahead with energy and focus.

Some yoga experience recommended. Blocks, straps and blankets provided, please bring a yoga mat.

Mary Thompson

Mary Thompson, E-RYT 200, first discovered yoga to maintain balance and strength throughout her career in federal law enforcement.  As a teacher, Mary creates a nurturing space for students to experience yoga as a gateway for transformation and growth, and as a modality of life-long wellness.  Mary is a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging instructor, and the founder of Sanctuary Yoga, a spiritual wellness ministry of Trinity Church, Swarthmore, cultivating compassion through the wisdom and practice of yoga.
