Rosemary Fox

Executive Director

Rosemary is a resident of Swarthmore. With a BA in Theatre from DeSales University, she has spent over 30 years as a professional actor, director, and producer. Upon arriving in Swarthmore 17 years ago, she began creating community by founding The Creative Living Room with three other teaching artists. From there she taught Creative Dramatics and Movement at Swarthmore Presbyterian Nursery Day School (SPNDS) and the Wallingford Co-op Nursery School. During this time, she served on the board of Swarthmore Town Center (STC) where she chaired the events committee.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Rosemary continued her career as a founding partner of Xscape The Room in Media where she ran a very successful business, designing and building escape games. Covid struck and the business closed. Returning to the board of STC, Rosemary spearheaded the “Nights in the Ville” series of outdoor dining in downtown Swarthmore.
