Restorative Chi Yoga Retreat for Spring
Welcome spring with this relaxing and informative mini-retreat designed to reduce anxiety and reset the central nervous system. Drawing inspiration from the energy healing arts of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the retreat includes breath awareness, self-massage, and essential oils to prepare the body to release held deeply held tension.

Irish Dance Workshop
Learn some Irish dance moves with former professional Irish dancer, Nikki Corinne Thomas! In this two-hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of Irish step dance and some fun choreography. No previous dance experience necessary. Afterwards, we'll enjoy some Irish treats to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

Let’s Talk About Periods
Attention 4th and 5th graders! Join local mom and women's health nurse Allison Garfinkel, RN in an open ended discussion geared towards 4th and 5th grade students (with uteruses) about how to best prepare for their period. We will learn a little bit about the menstrual cycle, share age appropriate knowledge, and each participant will leave with their own period kit.

Participate in the Japanese tradition of ‘hanami’, flower viewing, as you take in the beauty of the cherries during this yoga session with sound bath.

It has has been found to ease anxiety, stress, insomnia, chronic pain and the effects of living amidst the demands of this modern world.

Are you a die-hard sports fan? Showcase your knowledge at the Sports Trivia Night. Teams of up to eight sports enthusiasts prepare to battle it out in five exhilarating rounds of trivia, each round consisting of 10 questions. Geared towards adults but sports fans ages 10+ welcome.

Park Avenue Concert Series: Park Avenue Baroque Weather update - Concert is still on!
