Join us for an in-depth discussion with Andrew Hauze, the conductor of Swarthmore College’s Orchestra and Wind Ensemble, as well as music director and conductor of the Delaware County Youth Orchestra.

Foundations of Ayurveda Workshop
Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, the original lifestyle medicine and ways to apply it to your daily life. By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how to recognize dosha imbalances within yourself and have a list of inexpensive (even free!) ways to work back toward balance.

Park Avenue Concert Series: Lake Shore Quartet

Activity Group: For People Living With Disabilities, hosted by CADES
CADES facilitators lead guided games and activities to bring joy and social connection to participants. This group offers much-needed community connections for both individuals living with disabilities and their caregivers. Participation is free and open to all, no registration required.

Parents Night Out
Parents Night Out becomes Kids Night In! Drop off your kids for a kid-free "back-to-school" evening!
Kids will enjoy activities and crafts before settling in with snacks and the feature film Elio. Ages 5 - 11 (must be 5 years old on date of event, No exceptions).

Join us for a talk by local artists followed by a hands-on mosaic making class. The pieces created will be included on a new mural at the Swarthmore Co-Op this summer!
