Join local mom and women's health nurse Allison Garfinkel, RN in an open ended discussion geared towards 4th and 5th grade students (with uteruses) about how to best prepare for their period. We will learn a little bit about the menstrual cycle, share age appropriate knowledge, and each participant will leave with their own period kit.
