Health and Wellness
“Take care!” We say that at the end of conversations, before we hang up the phone or when we leave a friend or acquaintance. At the PAC Center, we put it first. Take Care. Take care of yourself and in doing so you have the heart and mind space to take care of others. We invite you to take time for yourself this year by taking care of you. Join us for one of our growing lists of Health and Wellness offerings. We look forward to seeing you.
