What is Community Wellness Week?

  • The PAC Center is offering free mind/body dance/fitness classes to celebrate health and community from March 3 - March 8, leading to our Spring I Session!

  • Whether you’re looking to de-stress with yoga or meditation, energize with dance fitness, or strengthen with barre, the Park Avenue Community Center has options for everyone during Community Week!

  • Classes are taught by the center’s experienced instructors and are free and open to the public.
