Join the 4th of July Park Avenue Strut!

Strut your stuff with the PAC Center at the Swarthmore 4th of July parade.  All dancers and non dancers are invited to learn a joyful and easy 3 min dance routine and then share it with the community; strutting our stuff down Park Avenue. With no prior dance experience necessary, everyone is welcome to join in the fun!

Bethany Formica, a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer, will teach the group dance to be performed in the parade. The dance is appropriate for all ages, including adults, teens, tweens, and kids under 13 with adult supervision. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in.

Participation is FREE!! The Strut will take place during the parade which begins around 10 am on Tuesday July 4th in Swarthmore Town Center.  In preparation, the PAC Center will be hosting three rehearsals; please plan to attend at least 2 of the following:

• Wednesday June 28, 7:30 - 9:00 pm;

• Thursday June 29, 7:30 - 9:00 pm; and

• Saturday July 1, 10:00 am - 11:30 am.

• A final rehearsal will be held on Tuesday July 4 at 9:00 am before the parade (all participants must attend). Refreshments will be served after the parade on the PAC Center lawn.
