Our Mission:
We believe that chess is an incredibly valuable tool for individuals of all ages, but especially for younger players. Playing chess can help develop concentration, memory, creative problem-solving, and logical thinking. Being part of a club can also promote interpersonal skills and bridge social divides.
Our mission is to introduce chess to new players with an emphasis on women and girls and to help those who already play to advance their skills. Our program provides a safe and engaging place for kids to socialize, enhancing their ability to interact with others.
It’s your move, join us! This is an all-ages club, We welcome all skill levels, and some of the most experienced players love to teach. The club provides chess boards and pieces. Those interested in playing timed games are encouraged to bring a check clock.

Players under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult who remains in the building at all times.
