Immune System Support: DIY Fire Cider
Learn the basics of immune system function, and how you can better support yours! Participants will then make their own Fire Cider, a common household remedy taken to protect against infection. Take new habits, and your own jar of Fire Cider into your daily routine to strengthen your immune system, just in time for cold and flu season.

All ingredients will be supplied (such as vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and much more!)
Bring a notebook and pen to take notes.
Expect to do some chopping of ingredients using a knife and cutting board. You will receive assistance if needed.
