Immune System Support: DIY Fire Cider

Learn the basics of immune system function, and how you can better support yours! Naturopathic doctor Kristina Schieferecke will guide us through a behind-the-scenes look at the important building blocks that create a healthy, thriving immune system. Participants will then make their own Fire Cider, a common household remedy taken to protect against infection. Take new habits, and your own jar of Fire Cider into your daily routine to strengthen your immune system, just in time for cold and flu season.

 

Additional info:

  • All ingredients will be supplied (such as vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and much more!)

  • Bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

  • Expect to do some chopping of ingredients using a knife and cutting board. You will receive assistance if needed.
