Free Community Yoga

Join Ann Grace MacMullan in this fun, flowing yoga class to connect with the community! Warm up slowly and enjoy sequence of poses designed to harmonize mind and body, move “a little bit in a lot of places,” and challenge your balance. Finish with a short, guided relaxation. Bring your own yoga mat.
Ann Grace MacMullan, E-RYT 500, has been joyfully sharing the gift of yoga in community, corporate, private, and healthcare settings throughout the Philadelphia area since 2015. As a Yoga Therapist Candidate, she strongly believes in empowering her students and clients towards their own well-being, using the evidence-based tools of yoga and meditation. Ann teaches therapeutic, accessible yoga classes, and offers private yoga wellness sessions through her company, Ann Grace Yoga. She is a native of Swarthmore.
