Welcome the New Year with a New Mindset
In this FREE one hour class we will discuss the foundational concepts and benefits associated with Mindfulness Meditation. You will be introduced to Mindfulness Meditation techniques that you can use and practice on your own at home on a daily basis to help promote personal contentment and well-being. Come and start your new year off with a new mindset and the skills to begin enjoying each moment as it arises.
Things to bring. Something to journal with; a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor otherwise chairs will be provided for everyone.
Adam Marcus, E-RYT 200, has studied, practiced, and taught yoga, Budokon, and mindfulness meditation for the past two decades. His Iyengar and Ashtanga inspired classes are a dynamic and vigorous fusion of vinyasa and mindfulness, incorporating his strong knowledge of anatomy and yogic studies, and are accessible to both beginner and advanced yogis.
