This 30-minute live-action escape room at 112 Park Ave in Swarthmore is perfect for any thrill-seeker looking for a fright this Halloween season. You and up to 7 friends will enter the Phantom House, a giant escape room filled with puzzles. Work together to search for hidden clues that will lead you to salvation before the timer runs out. With clues around every creaky corner, you'll have to put your heads together to solve the mysteries of this haunted house. The game accommodates up to 8 players. If you want a private game YOU MUST purchase all 8 tickets to close out the room, otherwise others could join you in the fun. A minimum of 4 players is required to run a game.

Not recommended for players under the age of 12 but if you have a player younger than 12 they MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a parent or adult care giver. Due to safety issues NO ONE under the age of 8 will be admitted.

EVERYONE must sign a waiver at the door prior to to the game and NO ONE will be admitted if they appear to be intoxicated. Please save your celebration for after the game and you are welcome to enjoy your BOYB in our graveside courtyard!
