Tote Bag Workshop

We can all use reuseable bags – to carry groceries, books, and all manner of supplies of life. If you don’t want to advertise the local public radio station, make your own!

In this workshop, you’ll learn some more advance sewing techniques, including making and turning straps, hemming, cutting and pressing.

Led by professional costume designer and textile artist Susan Smythe.

*Please bring your own sewing machine and heavier weight fabric such as canvas, heavyweight linen or denim. Materials such as pins, thread and extra machine needles will be provided.
