Living Meditation, Spring

Start your week with calm through meditation. In this class we use a traditional meditation technique to help us relax the body and mind. With practice, meditation can help our hearts and minds be more open and accepting of ourselves and our existence. This short introductory course is open to both new and experienced meditators.

Barry Buchy

Barry has studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhist meditations for over forty years. Authorized to teach in the Shambhala tradition, he has led group programs and counsels individual students
