Being a mom often means putting your own needs on the back burner.
Come to this workshop offering a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, surrounded by other moms who truly get it. Together we’ll pause and reflect on what you need most in this season, clarify why those goals matter to you, and make a simple plan for moving forward.
You’ll leave with small, doable steps and encouragement from a community of moms who are walking the same path.
