Using creative expression, we will tap into our intuition to learn how to shift the way we talk to and relate to our amazing bodies. Leave the workshop with a healthier and kinder relationship with your body. No prior creativity experience necessary. All supplies provided unless otherwise noted. Bring your journal and a friend!

Creativity Workshops with Clair Oaks is a five-part series of creativity workshops designed to support you on your life journey. No prior creativity experience necessary. Students will take home their own art piece to continue to work on or just enjoy as an artifact of the overall insights gained during the workshop experience.

*All materials are included unless otherwise specified. Bring a journal, a water bottle and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on!

*$55 per workshop, or register for the entire 5 part workshop series for $250. Discount applied automatically at check-out!

Clair Oaks is a local artist, certified Intentional Creativity coach and teacher. Whether making art with paint, making music, creating gardens or a colorful meal, Clair loves to create beauty. She also loves helping others find and create beauty in their lives through their relationships to themselves and others. As a teacher, Clair enjoys helping others play with art supplies to gain access to one’s on inner wisdom. She uses Intentional Creativity and other creative tools to empower her students to navigate challenges and create a more meaningful and inspired life. As an artist, Clair is particularly smitten with painting. Perhaps that is because, before 2010, she never thought of herself as a visual artist. However, once she began her journey with paint she has never looked back. For Clair, painting is one of the highest forms of self expression. She is here to support you to create a life you love. Are you ready? Let’s go! Learn more about Clair and Intentional Creativity at her website here.
