A dynamic blend of power and vinyasa yoga to raise your heart rate, build strength and increase flexibility. Power yoga is the practice of longer holds in your poses, and vinyasa yoga is the practice of connecting movement with the rhythm of your breath.
Suitable for all levels, with the understanding that each student will move at their own pace. Please come with an open mind, wearing comfortable clothing that allows for full range of motion. Bring your own mat.
Ibrahim Miari - Raised in the city of Acre, Israel, Ibrahim Miari (RYT-200) is an experienced theater artist. He has explored a variety of meditation styles, such as Sufi dance and Gurdjieff’s Sacred Dances, and in 2015, he completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Enso Studio in Media, PA. From 2016 to 2021 Ibrahim taught Slow Flow, All Levels Vinyasa Flow, and Power Yoga classes at Enso and the Healthplex Sports Club (now YMCA.) He presently instructs Power Yoga at Yoga in the Circle. Outside of acting, Ibrahim also serves as a language instructor at the University of Pennsylvania.
