Vinyasa Flow Thanksgiving Day
Join Adam Marcus for a special Thanksgiving day 75 minute all level vinyasa class. Come together to practice with friends and family at your home away from home. Start your Thanksgiving Day off right by sharing the gift of movement and mindfulness as we express gratitude for that which we have. Expect to flow through vinyasas with a focus on the breath as a way of building concentration, strength, and flexibility. This balanced class features forward bends, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow.
