A Medela baby weighing scale will be available to check your baby's weight, as is a changing table for diaper changes. Meets right after Baby and Me Yoga!
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket/quiet toys (for baby floor play) and anything you might need to breastfeed. Chairs and yoga blankets will be available, BYO yoga mat if desired. All breastfeeders/chestfeeders and pumpers welcome.
