Let’s Write a Comedy

Grades 3-5

As a follow up to the Fall's successful Stand Up & Sketch Comedy Club, and with the longer Winter session, we'll have the time to write and produce an original comedy! 

Starting from your ideas and characters, develop an original comedy to perform for friends and family. This class will help you strengthen your improvisation and writing skills and boost your performance confidence.

In class performance will take place Thursday April 3 at 5pm in the Theatre. Open to family and friends! 


Our After-School program is listed from 4-5:30pm, allowing all students to arrive on foot, by bus or drop off to make it in advance of instruction time between 4:30-5:30pm. Drop off students may arrive anytime after 4pm.

The Creative Living Room is a nonprofit community arts education organization that inspires creative curiosity in kids and families. Founded in 2008 by four enterprising women in the arts, TCLR has become a space to try on something new. Our themed classes, camps and parties combine artistic and creative mediums.
