Participate in the Japanese tradition of ‘hanami’, flower viewing, as you take in the beauty of the cherries during this yoga session with sound bath.
Flow through yoga poses that engage the entire body and calm the mind, grounded in the soothing and deeply restorative sounds of sound bath crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. Allow the rhythm of movement and breath, complemented by the therapeutic vibrations of sound, to help you relax under the magnificent spring blossoms.
