Tame your excess heat with this chill seasonally inspired mat based practice. Class includes standing poses, upper and lower body stretches, simple backbends, and a few yin style and restorative poses. This slower paced flow is the good place to start if you are newer to yoga or if you have been away from the practice for some time. Class may also include beginning variations of pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

Camille Holstein, RYT-500, E-RYT 200, has over 15 years of teaching experience and co-owns Enso Yoga and Meditation. Her classes are an eclectic blend of vinyasa, hatha, Ayurveda, yin theory, and mindfulness that focus on present moment awareness, wholehearted acceptance, and the modern application of yogic philosophy as a living and inclusive practice. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with all and believes that the ancient art and science of yoga seeped in mindfulness can create inner and outer clarity and harmony.
