Holiday Wellness at the PAC
Take a break from the holiday hustle, support a very worthy local cause, and treat yourself to a soul-soothing Yuletide Yoga session with PAC yoga teacher, Natalie Strickler. Following our yoga session we’ll enjoy festive mimosas, bagels and scones, preparing us to enjoy the rest of the day. For every person registered, the PAC will donate $5 to Heart and Soul’d, located in Media, supporting services for foster and adoptive families in and around Delaware County.
Take the stress out of the holiday season and put self-care, wellness and calm at the top of your Santa list! We’ve put together a series of wellness offerings designed to calm the mind, soothe the soul, and provide you with a much-need break in the middle of the holiday hustle and bustle. Feel the holiday love as the PAC embraces the larger community, offering holiday wellness events, some free of charge, as well as two fund-raiser events to benefit local organizations providing for those in need. Check out our offerings, and put Health and Wellness at the center of your holiday season.
Natalie Strickler - has been teaching a variety of Yoga since 2016 and in 2019 started teaching Group Fitness Strength Training. She loves to connect with community and guide people through practice. Natalie focuses on core work throughout her classes to build strength and stability and maintain good alignment for all formats of movement. “No matter what movement format I am teaching, whether it be Yoga or a Weight Lifting class, I want students to feel safe, supported, inspired by their determination to seek the edge or peel it back, and know there are many options to get there." Natalie is thrilled to be a part of the PAC Community and bringing Strength and Yoga together!
