Yoga for the un-bendiest among us. Taught by yoga expert Ibrahim Miari, this class breaks down poses for those who think they're not "yoga material".
Athletes, men and rank beginners will appreciate the modifications for stiff limbs and tight hamstrings. An easy introduction for folks who can't touch their toes, the poses focus more on breathing and meditation than limbering up your lackluster latissimus dorsi.
And afterwards, lite fare and craft beers await - the perfect way to unwind after your first downward dog.
