All Level Power Yoga, Spring I
Power Yoga is an energetic class, stemming from a Vinyasa-based background, with a focus on building strength and endurance while moving through a fast-paced flow. The poses can be challenging as you move quickly from one pose to the next with connected breath work. This is an all-levels class, modifications and options will be offered for all levels of yoga experience.
It is helpful to have a base practice prior to Power Yoga, but beginners are welcome and encouraged!
