Dance Fitness, Fall II
Let the music move you and you’ll forget you’re working out! This artful blend of music and dance styles (contemporary, jazz, lyrical, ballet) and conditioning exercises will strengthen your whole body and soul! No previous dance experience required.
We suggest wearing leggings/yoga pants and a T-shirt. You won’t need street sneakers but protect your feet with socks, dance slippers, jazz shoes, or pliable dance sneakers (found at dance shops.) Pull loose hair off your face. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
