Chair Yoga, Fall II

In Chair Yoga, we use a chair for seated postures and for support in standing and balance poses. A gentle form of yoga, Chair Yoga offers an inclusive and inviting yoga environment in which we explore with an inward focus, honoring our individual bodies, with mindfulness and compassion.

Bring your yoga mat for underneath the chair so the chair does not slip. Bring a water bottle, and any other yoga props you want to use.
