Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Fall II

Vinyasa yoga involves a continuous flow of yoga poses, moving to the rhythm of our breath. From week to week we focus on a unique class theme, building strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness through standing, seated and balance poses. We also focus on core strengthening, back bends, and experience being upside down in inversion poses. Join us to discover a deeper connection to your body and your breath.

Please wearing comfortable clothing that allows for full range of motion. Please bring a yoga mat.

Your Instructor

Ibrahim Miari

Raised in the city of Acre, Israel, Ibrahim Miari (RYT-200) is an experienced theater artist. He has explored a variety of meditation styles, such as Sufi dance and Gurdjieff’s Sacred Dances, and in 2015, he completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Enso Studio in Media, PA. From 2016 to 2021 Ibrahim taught Slow Flow, All Levels Vinyasa Flow, and Power Yoga classes at Enso and the Healthplex Sports Club (now YMCA.) He presently instructs Power Yoga at Yoga in the Circle. Outside of acting, Ibrahim also serves as a language instructor at the University of Pennsylvania.
