Yoga, Breathing & Meditation, Fall I

In this class, we begin with gentle yoga to move the body and then transition to focused breathing — clearing the body and mind to prepare for about 20 minutes of meditation. The class will focus on beginning and building a yoga and breathing routine to support a meditation practice. Suitable for all, no prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.

Your Instructor

Jane Bunting

Jane Bunting has been teaching group fitness and exercise for over 40 years, drawing upon her career as a pediatric and adult physical therapist, deep knowledge of human anatomy and a passion for yoga, pilates and guided imagery. Jane's exercise philosophy is based on the use of correct posture and alignment to create strength, flexibility and balance. Jane is delighted to join the PAC Center Health & Wellness team of teachers.
