All Core, Spring
All Core is a 30 minute class that targets all of the core muscles necessary for stability, good posture and back health. Whether you are wanting to improve functional movement or increase athletic performance, this class is for you. This class is suitable for those both new to core strengthening as well as those experienced with core-specific exercises. Suggested modifications to suit your fitness levels and goals will be offered.
Please bring a yoga mat.
