All Core, Spring

All Core is a 30 minute class that targets all of the core muscles necessary for stability, good posture and back health. Whether you are wanting to improve functional movement or increase athletic performance, this class is for you. This class is suitable for those both new to core strengthening as well as those experienced with core-specific exercises. Suggested modifications to suit your fitness levels and goals will be offered.

Please bring a yoga mat.

Danielle Kirk Bagley

Danielle Kirk Bagley is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Currently, she teaches and trains Les Mills programs and instructors, to include BodyBalance, BodyCombat, and BodyPump. Additionally, she teaches a Senior Strength and Balance class and Core training and fitness. She loves being a positive impact on each individual’s fitness journey while creating a safe and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
