Emily Tara Sabalbaro

Seeking constant progress in body and mind fuels Emily Tara Sabalbaro to become a better mom to her two young girls, a better partner, a more compassionate human, and a stronger teacher and writer. It drove her to seek 300+ hours in yoga teaching certifications, including perinatal, trauma-sensitive, and physiotherapy. With everything she creates, she is in pursuit of relentless forward progress. Emily’s signature teaching style is powerful yet gentle, designed to push the body to its fullest potential but gentle and responsive in that approach. She believes that life is meant to be enjoyed and that she is meant to inspire. Read more about Emily at inspirenjoy.com
