Women and Weights PM, Fall I

Women and Weights is a comprehensive full-body weightlifting class to add strength and stability to your workout routines. We will use classic weightlifting techniques with dumbbells to build lean muscle mass and create more durable bodies as we age.

All fitness levels welcome!

** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WEIGHTS. A limited number are available to use.

Julie McHugh

Julie McHugh is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist, a USTAF Level One coach and an AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor and holds certifications in Barre, Spinning, TRX, and BodySHRED. She is delighted to be part of each person’s fitness journey and believes everyone should have the gift of feeling strong and capable in their everyday lives. She is a mother of three and resides in Swarthmore.
