Beginner Flow Yoga, Spring I

Discover the joy of yoga and mindfulness in this gentle and welcoming mat based beginner flow class. Perfect for those new to yoga or looking to build a solid foundation, this class combines basic poses, breath awareness, and simple sequences with mindful practices to help you connect with your body and calm your mind. After flowing through intentional movements, settle into soothing restorative poses to relax deeply and release tension. Modifications are offered to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely restored.

Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Yoga mats are available, but bring your own mat if you prefer.

Your Instructor

Camille Holstein

Camille Holstein, RYT-500, E-RYT 200, has been a student of yoga for many years. Her classes are an eclectic blend of vinyasa, hatha, Ayurveda, yin theory, and mindfulness that focus on present moment awareness, wholehearted acceptance, and the modern application of yogic philosophy as a living and inclusive practice. Camille has over 15 years of teaching experience and co-owns Enso Yoga and Meditation, an online virtual studio. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with all and believes that the ancient art and science of yoga seeped in mindfulness can create inner and outer clarity and harmony.
