Yoga for Beginners: An Introductory Series, Winter

Yoga for Beginners: A four-week series for those who are new to yoga and curious about the practice, or those looking for a back-to-basics yoga refresher. In this introductory series, taught by experienced yoga instructor, Camille Holstein, we will explore connecting movement to our breath while we move through slower-paced, mat-based practice. We’ll guide you through basic yoga postures with gentle up-and-down transitions, moving from floor to standing, focusing on breath, alignment, and ease. Expect slow, mindful movement that builds strength and flexibility without overwhelming the body. This class will help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed. Options for modification will be offered throughout the series.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
